Rainbow Serpent Festival is focused on creating a multi-sensory expression of arts and culture as an inspiration and reflection of our global community.
Whether its an installation, visual or performance art or something entirely new we want to give all people not only the opportunity to explore their ideas but also the platform to display them to their peers.
With our 2009 Community Arts Grants we hope to further enable artists to explore the boundaries of their artistic expression and create something uniquely at one with the festival environment.
The twelfth year of the event will see the Performers Stage and avenues of the festival explode with genre bending theatrical acts, to an interactively in-awed crowd.
