Refunds & Waitlist News

Dear Rainbow Family,

Some of you have been enquiring about the refund/waitlist system this year so we wanted to provide you with some clarification.

As much as we have loved the flexibility of being able to allow ticketholders the possibility of a refund by offering their tickets up to people patiently waiting on the waitlist as in previous years, this service only works once all ticket allocations are completely sold.  While we expect this to happen in the next few days, it is too late for us to activate this service this year. The tickets are non-refundable as per the terms and conditions of sale.

We understand circumstances can change and we don’t want to cause anyone undue stress or panic from this development, so as a result we will be extending the final date for updating registration details on tickets to a bit later than usual. Instead of early January, we’re going to leave the service open until midnight on Sunday 13th January 2019, leaving you a little over two weeks to finalise your attendee details in your Eventbrite account.

After this date, the attendee details will be locked in. PDF tickets will be sent out via email to all attendees whose emails are attached to tickets in Eventbrite and the tickets will also be downloadable from your Eventbrite accounts.

To change attendee details (before midnight Sunday 13th January 2019):

If you wish to pass your tickets onto someone else you will need to update the registration details to their names so that they match photo ID at the gate. Please also make sure that if you’re keeping your tickets the names and emails are correct too.

To update your ticket registration details you must be the Eventbrite account holder who purchased the tickets, and you must be logged into your Eventbrite account via an internet browser (the edit feature is not supported in the app). Please follow these simple steps:

This is a free service – there are no name change fees.
