Join Laura Entwined a.k.a. Entwined Bellydance, a Qld-born, Melbourne based teacher/choreographer/performer/troupe director in a fun workshop which will break-down and drill various figure 8 and infinity symbol movements all over your body from top to bottom.
Laura Entwined is a Queensland-born, Melbourne-based bellydance teacher, performer, choreographer and troupe director. Performing since 2006, Laura has graced the stages of some of Australia's biggest alternative music and lifestyle festivals such as Rainbow Serpent and Earth Frequency. She is a regular guest performer with live acts and DJs including Ganga Giri, Sikander and DJ Mickey Space, and sought after for her solo and troupe performances at local community events. She has performed across Victoria, interstate in NSW and QLD, and internationally in Bali and most notably at the world-renowned bellydance event, Tribal Festival in California, USA. Never one to be pigeonholed, her work showcases everything from traditional folkloric bellydance to vaudeville, gypsy, cabaret and modern tribal fusion, Her work has been called elegant, emotive and hypnotic.
Anthony Miller has played up and down the east coast of Australia over the past two decade as resident DJ at some of Qld's seminal techno and house clubs such as The Tube, Mantra, The Empire and La Discotheque, and regular guest at some of the country's best club nights such as Motion Theory Saturdays at Elsewhere, Filter at Melbourne's Lounge Bar and Good Times Saturdays at OneSixOne. Anthony's sound is edgy and dark, spinning everything from techno, house, downbeat and more.
